Is there a job that's too small?
No. Small jobs are most of what we do — that's the whole idea behind
"small jobs, big difference." If you've got several little things, group them into one
visit and we'll work through the list together.
How does pricing work?
We'll talk through the job and give you a price before any work starts.
Honest rates, no surprises at the end. Call or send a message describing what you need and
we'll let you know what's involved.
What areas do you cover?
We service Cleveland and the surrounding suburbs, including Cleveland
Heights, University Heights, Beachwood, South Euclid, Lyndhurst and Shaker Heights. If
you're not sure whether you're in range, call 848-261-9922 and ask.
Can you tell me the cost over the phone?
For common jobs, often yes. A photo of the problem sent over by email
helps a lot — it lets us bring the right parts on the first visit instead of making a second trip.
Do you supply the parts?
We can either source the parts for you or fit a fixture you've already
bought. Whichever you prefer — just let us know when you book so we come prepared.
Do you clean dryer vents?
Yes. A clogged dryer vent is a fire risk and makes the machine work
much harder. We clear the duct, remove lint blockages and check the vent cover.
Do you install vinyl flooring?
We take on small vinyl flooring jobs — a bathroom, a laundry, an
entryway, or replacing damaged planks in a larger room.
